Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by calling (818) 500-9291. If you would like to request an appointment online, please select the “Appointment Request” option from the menu above. A member of our staff will follow up with you directly to confirm scheduling.
Financial
Our practice accepts personal injury liens from most attorneys offices. For patients with PPO insurance, we will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you as we accept most major insurance providers as long as chiropractic or acupuncture benefits are available. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. For patients without any insurance coverage, we offer multiple payment options which make getting out of pain affordable.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
